Sprite Chicago MVPs: 2013 application
Do you know an outstanding young man who deserves to be honored for his character and accomplishments? The Bulls are joining with partner Sprite to celebrate Black History Month with the Sprite MVP program, which will recognize 25 African American young men who are doing great things in the Chicagoland community.
All applicants must be enrolled in school in grades 10, 11 or 12; must have completed a minimum of 20 hours of community service in 2012; and must have a 2.5 minimum grade point average.
The 25 young men selected as the 2013 Sprite MVPs will be honored at a special luncheon hosted by the Chicago Bulls and Sprite and will receive other fun prizes.

Applications must be RECEIVED no later than January 31, 2013. Late applications will not be processed. Award letters will be forwarded to recipients by February 10, 2013.
Sprite MVP criteria
-- High School students grades 10-12
-- Minimum grade point average of 2.5
-- At least 20 hours of “active” community service completed within the past 12 months
-- Leadership involvement / extracurricular activities
