Please read carefully: Increased flexibility for your Ticket Exchange Program!
For the first time, Season Subscribers can exchange tickets either:
Prior to a game being played
OR
After a game concludes, if the tickets went unused
Please review the guidelines below:
Live Ticket Exchange Policy: Exchanging Tickets Prior to a Game Being Played
Tickets can be exchanged for 25 pre-selected games.
You must select a future game at the time of your exchange. Credits will not be put into your account.
43 Game Buyers will have unlimited exchange rights to these 25 games.
A Maximum of 4 (four) tickets can be exchanged for any one particular game.
Season Tickets must be exchanged 48 hours (2 days) in advance of the game date on the original ticket.
Only Season Tickets can be exchanged for a future game – tickets already exchanged cannot be exchanged multiple times.
The Bucks will exchange dollar for dollar when inventory is available. All exchanges are subject to availability and Season Subscribers will be offered lower price inventory when necessary – this is at the Bucks discretion.
Post Games/Unused Ticket Exchange: Exchanging Tickets After a Game, if Season Tickets went Unused
Unused tickets can be exchanged for any Monday – Thursday game out of the 25 pre-selected games. (See insert for list of games)
43 Game Buyers will have unlimited exchange rights to these weekday games.
A Maximum of 4 (four) tickets can be exchanged for any one particular game.
Unused tickets will be exchanged into a similar, or best available price category, but not into higher than the $111 locations.
How to Exchange Tickets:
Option 1: Download the ticket exchange form. Mail the tickets you want to exchange along with the completed form to the Bucks Ticket Office. (Address on sheet) Tickets must be mailed one-week prior to game if exchanging ahead of game date.
Option 2: Call or email your personal Bucks Account Representative or the Bucks Ticket Office at 414-227-0500 and mention Season Ticket Exchange. Calls/emails must be made at least 2 days in advance of the game date to exchange prior to game. You must know the game you want to exchange for at the time you exchange. Credits will not be put on your account.
