HOW DO I RESERVE GROUP TICKETS FOR THE 2012-2013 SEASON?
It’s easy! Just call the Milwaukee Bucks Group Sales Office at 414-227-0500 and they will be more than happy to help you plan your outing!
HOW AND WHEN ARE GROUP TICKET PAYMENTS DUE?
Full payment is due 21 days prior to your scheduled game. If you reserve your tickets inside the three week period, payment will be due upon ordering. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal check, corporate check, or cash. All group tickets are subject to availability.
WILL MY TICKETS BE SEATED TOGETHER?
All group seating is based on availability. The sooner you place your order and submit your full payment the more likely we are to accommodate your request. Please order your TOTAL number of tickets at one time!
WHEN DO I GET MY GROUP TICKETS?
Once full payment is made, the tickets will be mailed to you. Tickets will be mailed standard, first class mail. If another shipping method is preferred, the buyer will incur all costs.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND MY TICKETS?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable
MAY I ADD TICKETS TO MY ORIGINAL ORDER?
Yes, subject to availability. Depending on game date, your additional tickets may not be located near your original group order. It’s a good idea to reserve more seats to ensure enough tickets in the same location.
MY TICKETS WERE LOST OR STOLEN WHAT DO I DO?
The Bucks are able to reprint your ticket if the exact location of the lost or stolen tickets is known. Reprint must be requested by group leader and we would appreciate 24 hours advance notice of the game. Treat your group tickets like cash and keep it secure until your game date.

AT WHAT AGE DO YOU NEED A TICKET?
Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket to gain entry.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL PROGRAMS OR PACKAGES FOR OUR GROUP TO CONSIDER?
The Bucks offer a variety of Fan Experience Packages in which groups of all ages can take part in Bucks game day entertainment. Check out our FEP’s page for more information!
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A GROUP OUTING?
Bring groups of 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc to the BMO Harris Bradley Center and get special discounts to Bucks games. Tickets are subject to availability.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BRINGING A GROUP TO A BUCKS GAME IN THE BMO HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER?
Reduced ticket costs, no additional service charges resulting in substantial savings, block seating, a personal Bucks rep, opportunity to purchase playoff tickets and much more.
WHAT ARE THE VIDEO AND AUDIO POLICIES?
No video or audio recording devices are allowed inside the building. Still cameras with and extended lens of 3” or less is permitted for Milwaukee Bucks games. Cameras that violate policy will not be allowed into the building.
WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Gates open one hour prior to tipoff.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

CAN I BRING MY “BAG” INTO THE BMO HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER?
Purses and diaper bags are permitted but may require reasonable search by security personnel upon entry. Backpacks, oversized bags, and suitcases are prohibited.
CAN I GET AUTOGRAPHS?
On select games there will be a player or coach who will sign autographs outside of section of 204 once doors open for about 15 minutes. Please refer to the autograph corner on bucks.com.
CAN WE BRING SIGNS TO THE GAME?
Signs no larger than 2’ X 3’ can be bought into the game, security reserves the right to prohibit signs for any reason including content deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests or performers.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE GAME?
The BMO Harris Bradley Center does not allow for guests to bring in their own food or beverage.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE GAME?
All video and professional photography, including professional grade cameras (cameras with a detachable lens or lens that extends further than 3 inches), are strictly prohibited without authorization in advance of the event. Standard point and shoot “pocket cameras” may be used however.
