What is considered a Bucks group?
A group is considered to be 10 or more people. Examples of groups: Employee Outings, Scouts, Church Groups, Sports Teams, Fundraising Groups, etc.
Are there any special experiences for my group to participate in?
The Milwaukee Bucks offer a variety of Fan Experience Packages that allow participants of all ages to get in the action. Please visit the Fan Experience Page for more information.
How do I reserve a Bucks group outing?
There are a couple ways to reserve a Bucks group outing:
- Pay in Full – If you know the number of tickets you need and the game you want to see contact the Bucks Group Sales Team and a Representative will be happy to facilitate your request.
- $100 Initial Payment – Groups that place a $100 initial payment have the ability to reserve a block of tickets and a Fan Experience (if applicable) for a select Bucks game. Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the scheduled game.
I've already paid for my tickets, when will I receive them?
Orders received more than 7 business days in advance of the scheduled game will receive their tickets in the mail. Orders received within 7 business days of a scheduled game will have their tickets held for pick up at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office.
Exception – Tickets that are purchased online may have the option to print at home.
Can I exchange/return/cancel/refund my group tickets?
All sales are final. Initial Payments and Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

What is the age policy for the BMO Harris Bradley Center?
Children two (2) and under are free if sitting on a parent's lap. Anyone over the age of two (2) must have a ticket.
