Men and women 60 or older are encouraged to try out for the Seniorgee! Dance Team
You can never be too old to dance! The Milwaukee Bucks Seniorgee! Dance Team--powered by The Village at Manor Park--is looking for new participants, who are 60 years of age and older, to try out for the 2010-11 season. The Bucks will hold auditions on Saturday, September 25 from 1-4 p.m. at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Greenfield (5020 S. 110th St., Greenfield, WI 53228).
The Seniorgee! Dance Team, made up of men and women over the age of 60, is entering its fifth year as an entertainment fixture at Bucks home games. The struttin' seniors debuted on February 27, 2007 to an unsuspecting crowd during a Bucks game against the Golden State Warriors at the Bradley Center. By the end of their routine, the instant fan favorites received a standing ovation for their inaugural efforts. Since then, Seniorgee! has performed at multiple Bucks games, local TV appearances, Summerfest and a variety of other events.
Each audition participant will receive a t-shirt. To find out more about the Seniorgee! Dance Team, visit Seniorgee!'s page.
