Bucks players and Bango will help distribute school supplies to area children

On Monday, October 4, Bucks players Brandon Jennings, Larry Sanders and Tiny Gallon, along with Bango, will make a trip to three local elementary schools to hand out school supplies to children. Beginning at 8:00 a.m., the group will visit the fourth graders at Cass Street School (1647 North Cass Street), meet with the seventh graders at Martin Luther King (3275 North 3rd Street) at 8:30 a.m. and make a stop to see the eighth graders at Roosevelt Middle School of the Arts (800 West Walnut Street) at 8:55 a.m. before heading to practice.

Jennings, Sanders, Gallon and Bango have the task of delivering over 1,400 school supply packs that were donated by the Milwaukee Bucks. Included in the school supply packs are binders, folders, paper, pens, pencils and colored pencils. The trio of Bucks players will also talk to the children about the importance of staying in school and making good choices.
