Bucks Launch 2011-12 Season Ticket Renewal Campaign
The Milwaukee Bucks provided 2011-12 season ticket renewal information to all subscribers today. There is no price increase for any season subscribers renewing by April 4. The renewal program is also highlighted by an Early Bird Renewal incentive which gives a 5% discount on 2011-12 season ticket renewals made by Monday, March 21.
Among the additional valuable benefits provided by the Bucks to subscribers renewing by April 4 are:
- Up to $400 in Bucks concessions cards redeemable for food and beverage at Bucks Bradley Center home games.
- Frontier Airlines Frequent Flyer bonus miles; 10,000 free miles to Frontier customers.
- Free parking for eligible account holders in designated full or half-season seat locations.
- New this season, subscribers will earn money on their money. Subscribers paid in full by April 4, 2011 or who make a 50% down payment on their account by April 4 and pay the remaining 50% by June 15, 2011, will receive interest at the rate of 3% per annum on their payments.
Each Bucks season ticket account also will receive his/her own personalized website at www.bucksmvp.com which details incentives, benefits and simplifies the online renewal process.
Additional benefits provided to season subscribers include a Loyalty Rewards Program, a flexible ticket exchange program to assist seasons in exchanging unused tickets, a Bucks Ticket Bank offering additional tickets at no additional cost to designated games, and an in-arena merchandise discount.
All renewing season subscribers are also eligible immediately to be awarded a unique prize in a game night sweepstakes held during every Bucks home game now through April 2. Among the prizes are an expense-paid trip for two to New York on March 24 with the Bucks on the team’s charter flight for the Bucks-Knickerbockers game and an expenses paid trip for two to the 2011 NBA Draft Night event in Madison Square Garden, New York City.
In the event of the Bucks qualifying for the 2011 NBA playoffs, renewing season subscribers will be accommodated with the popular Playoffs Now, Pay Later plan. The plan gives season subscribers their seat locations for all playoff games played in Milwaukee, and payment is not required until after the playoffs.
In addition to a convenient online renewal process, all account holders receive a dedicated personal account representative to assist in the renewal process as well as serve the subscriber twelve months a year. Additional ticket purchases, flexible payment plans, special accommodations and arrangements and general Bucks information is provided by the account representative who is available by phone, in-arena during games or by e-mail.
The Milwaukee Bucks organization was one of three teams to receive an NBA Best in Service Award at 2011 NBA Team Meetings in January in New York. The award was made on the basis of season subscriber satisfaction as measured by league surveys of each team’s customers.
