The Milwaukee Bucks have announced the first-ever Fear the Deer Week for Monday, October 25 through Saturday, October 30. To tip-off their 2010-11 season, Fear the Deer Week will consist of a full slate of fan appreciation events, road game viewing parties and a free lunch at the Bradley Center - all to boost Bucks fan spirit and awareness in advance of the team's 2010 home opener on SATURDAY, October 30 vs. Charlotte.

Below is a complete schedule of events to date for the Bucks inaugural Fear the Deer Week.

Monday, October 25

MMAC Bucks Preview Luncheon
The Bucks and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) hosted the 2010-11 Milwaukee Bucks Preview Luncheon. The event will took place at the Bradley Center.

Tuesday, October 26

Running With the Bucks Downtown
On Tuesday, beginning at 11:30 a.m., Bucks employees will be out on the streets of downtown Milwaukee getting the word out about the upcoming season and distributing Bucks spirit gear and schedules. Employees will gather at the Bradley Center and blanket the downtown area between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

TOP: Bucks staff gears up to hit the streets of Milwaukee.

MIDDLE: Bango has been referred to as a show stopper...now he can add traffic stopper to his resume as well.

BOTTOM: Wind nor Rain could stop the "Running With The Bucks."

Bucks Miller Lite Road Opener Viewing Party at Fanatics Sports Central

The Bucks brought excitement and game entertainment to Fanatics Sports Central (185 N. Jefferson, Milwaukee), to enjoy the first game of the season on FOX Sports Wisconsin from New Orleans. Bucks prizes, entertainment, the Energee! Dance Team and Hoop Troop helped launch the season with non-stop action.

Palermo's Pizza Party at the Bradley Center
Thursday began at 11:30 a.m. with a pizza party at the Bradley Center, presented by Palermo's. Fans received a free lunch courtesy of Palermo's and Pepsi, and Frontier Airline's famous chocolate chip cookies. There were contests with great prizes, a performance by Streetlife. Bango, Energee! and Hoop Troop were all on hand to join fans for lunch.

Bucks and Palermo's Team Up to Serve Meal at St. Ben's
The Milwaukee Bucks staff, Palermo's Pizza, Hunger Task Force and others will join together to provide a balanced meal to the less fortunate in the community. The Bucks and Palermo's Pizza will provide dinner for nearly 500 guests invited at St. Benedict the Moor Community Meal Program (1027 North 9th Street) in downtown Milwaukee from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on October 28.

Palermo's will donate the pizzas, which will be served by employees of Palermo's, Hunger Task Force and the Bucks. Other items on the menu include: fruit provided by Piggly Wiggly, cookies from Frontier Airlines and green beans courtesy of Trattoria DiCarlo. Bucks mascot Bango will be on hand to meet and greet with guests at St. Ben's, along with members of the Energee! dance team.

Hunger Task Force, an anti-hunger organization, believes that every person is entitled to adequate food obtained with dignity. Hunger Task Force works to prevent hunger and malnutrition by providing food to people in need and promoting social policies to achieve food security in the future.

St. Ben's Community Meal, a Capuchin ministry, provides nutritious meals six days a week to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. St Benedict's the Moor Community Meal Program is known as Milwaukee's largest potluck dinner, with civic and church groups throughout the Milwaukee area bringing in hot meals to feed hundreds of people each day. St. Ben�s provides nourishment and counsel to over 2,000 individuals every week and also provides prevention-focused health care through its clinic, a partner with Columbia St. Mary's. This is the fourth year that the Bucks and Palermo's have teamed up to bring their dinner offering to St. Ben's guests.

Friday, October 29

Bucks Cabdriver Hospitality Stand
From 7:00-10:30 a.m., Bucks employees will be on State Street, between 4th and 6th Streets, providing a hospitality event for local cab drivers. Cab drivers can pick up Bucks coffee cups, ice scrapers and pocket schedules to distribute in their vehicles as well as the latest event information for downtown activities.

Bradley Center Viewing Party - Watch the FOX Sports Wisconsin Cablecast on the NEW Big Screen!
Game No. 2 of the 2010-11 season takes place October 29th at Minnesota, but the Bradley Center will be open for business at 6:30 p.m. for a viewing party. Fans are invited to pack the BC to cheer on the Bucks and watch the FOX Sports Wisconsin game, with game feed provided by Time Warner Cable, on the huge brand new LED scoreboard. Live entertainment and contests will take place during timeouts and fans will have the opportunity to get a sneak peak of the Bucks player intro video that premiers the next night and shows during every regular season game. Admission is FREE, food and beverage available.

Saturday, October 30

OPENING NIGHT - Bucks vs. Bobcats - 7:30 p.m.
After a week's worth of activities, Fear the Deer week culminates with their Home Opener on October 30 when Charlotte comes to town. Before the 7:30 p.m. tipoff at the Bradley Center, the BC plaza will be rocking with the sounds of local band Six Pack, Halloween games and of course, a costume contest. Creativity is encouraged as costumes will be critiqued by a panel of judges. Those who wear a costume will have the chance to participate in a Halloween parade during halftime.

Tickets are still available for opening night of the 43rd Milwaukee Bucks season. Fans can purchase tickets at the Bradley Center Box Office (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday), through TicketMaster (1-800-4NBA-TIX) or on Bucks.com. Time Warner Cable Hosts Bucks Energee! Dance Team at Mayfair
Bucks fans can meet Energee! Dance Team members as well as Bango at the Time Warner location at Mayfair Shopping Center and have an opportunity to win a pair of lower level tickets to the October 30 Home Opener at the Bradley Center. A complete schedule of daily Energee! appearance hours is available at Bucks.com Bucks ticket representatives will also be on hand to provide information and details on Bucks value-packed ticket packages for the 2010-11 season.
