Bucks players and coaches host over 300 area youth from YMCAs
February 24, 2008 MILWAUKEE -- Bucks players Desmond Mason, Yi Jianlian, Charlie Villanueva, Royal Ivey, Awvee Storey and Ramon Sessions joined coaches Jim Todd, Bill Peterson and Jarinn Akana to help teach over 300 area youth the art of free throw shooting, lay-ups, rebounding, ball-handling, defense and passing. The clinic took place at the team's training facility in St. Francis and lasted for about three hours. The Bucks provide annual funding to support the youth of the YMCA basketball leagues throughout the Milwaukee area and are recognized as a presenting sponsor of the program.
