BUCK SHOTS

Wednesday is the final day to vote Bucks forward Joe Alexander into the 2009 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest. Please go to SeeJoeDunk.com for more information.

With Milwaukee’s victory at Washington on Monday, the Bucks have surpassed last season’s road win total of seven. They need two more road victories to equal their total from the 2006-07 season (10).

The Bucks current starting lineup of Bogut, Jefferson, Mbah a Moute, Redd and Ridnour has started the most of any of the 10 combinations used this year. This group’s 13 starts accounts for 33.0 percent of the team’s games. Milwaukee is 8-5 (.615) with those starters, the best winning percentage of their lineups that have started four or more games.

Over the last nine games Michael Redd has raised his scoring average from 18.5 to 21.1, FG% from 39.7 to 44.2, 3FG% from 33.7 to 36.0, FTAs from 4.94 to 5.42 and rebounds from 2.9 to 3.4.

The Bucks have traded wins and losses dating back to their December 23 win over Utah. They’re 6-5 in that stretch with a 4-2 record at home during that span.

Charlie Villanueva is 16th in the NBA with 27.8 points per 48 minutes.
