Bucks to provide lunch for fans on opening day; Free slices of Palermo’s Rustico Pizza to be served

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bucks are so excited about NBA Tip-off 2007 and the home opener against Chicago on Saturday, November 3 that they are offering fans a FREE LUNCH on Wednesday, October 31 at the Bradley Center (Lobby B – 4th & State).

From 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Bucks fans can stop by and grab a slice of Palermo’s new Rustico Pizza. Rustico (Roost-i-co) is the latest addition to the “pizza family” of Milwaukee’s own Palermo’s Pizza. The new pizza is a pizzeria thick-crust pizza, which rises when baked. It comes in seven amazingly bold flavor varieties: Spicy Pepperoni, Italian Meat Trio, 6-Cheese, Buffalo-Style Chicken, Italian Sausage, White Cheddar & Tomato, and Supreme. Bucks fans can get their hands on this tasty new treat by attending Bucks games, because the Bradley Center will be selling the newest member of the Palermo’s pizza family at all Bucks home games and other Bradley Center events. The Rustico pizza is also available in Wisconsin supermarkets.

Pepsi soft drinks will also be served on Wednesday, along with the famous Midwest Airlines Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert. The lunchtime fun will also feature exciting contests and prizes, as well as music from a live DJ. NewsRadio 620 WTMJ’s Gene Mueller will also be in attendance and will make live call-ins to the station during the event. Bucks mascot Bango, Hoop Troop and the Energee! Dance Team will be on hand as well.

Bucks fans will be able to purchase tickets, if available, for the home opener against Chicago on Saturday, November 3, as well as scout the many Bucks ticket packages available at all prices. Bucks Ten Pack Plus, Five Pack and Click ‘n Pick packages are among the many options available. Bucks representatives will be on hand to personally answer questions and provide information. Tickets for all home games will also be on sale.

Fans will also have the opportunity to enter to win a pair of round trip tickets on Midwest Airlines, the best care in the air and the official airline of the Milwaukee Bucks.
