At Noon, Saturday, October 6, fans will have their first opportunity to check out the Bucks 2007-08 squad when Head Coach Larry Krystkowiak and the Milwaukee Bucks host a FREE open practice. Admission is FREE to the first 18,000 fans. Seating is unreserved and doors open at 11:30 a.m. One hundred row 1 courtside seats will be raffled off for the event. Fans are invited to join returning Bucks players Michael Redd, Mo Williams, Andrew Bogut, Bobby Simmons, Charlie Villanueva, Charlie Bell, Dan Gadzuric and David Noel as they take the floor with newcomers Desmond Mason, Yi Jianlian, Jake Voskuhl, Awvee Storey, Michael Ruffin, Royal Ivey, Ramon Sessions and Samaki Walker for a sneak peak of the upcoming season. Team practice drills and a short scrimmage are planned.
Fans will be able to get FREE open practice tickets starting today, Thursday, September 27, at all local Milwaukee and Madison, WI Open Pantry Stores. Open Pantry will be giving away 10,000 FREE Bucks open practice tickets to Bucks fans all this week and the week leading up to the event. A list of store locations follows.
A ticket is required to enter the Bucks open practice on October 6. Fans can enter FREE of charge with a ticket obtained in advance or at the door on October 6.
Additional entertainment will be provided by the Energee! Dance Team, fan interactive team “Hoop Troop”, Streetlife and Bango. There will also be special games and activities before and during the event to win prizes and FREE tickets to upcoming games, including the home opener vs. Chicago on Saturday, November 3.
Selected fans will have the opportunity to participate in interactive games at the FREE open practice with the chance of winning exciting prizes, including popular 10-Pack Plus ticket packages for the upcoming season.
