The Milwaukee Bucks have signed a sponsorship agreement with J and M Heritage Imports LLC and will also offer fans the opportunity to purchase Bache-Gabrielsen cognac in the bars, clubs, and suites throughout The Bradley Center.

The Bucks have made the Bradley Center the first outlet in the United States to serve the Bache-Gabrielsen family of cognacs, of which millions of bottles have been sold in Scandinavia and Europe since 1905.

The agreement names Bache-Gabrielsen as the exclusive sponsor of the Atrium Bar inside The Bradley Center Lobby A grand staircase atrium. Bache-Gabrielsen produces six different cognacs…ranging from delicious to superb…and the Atrium Bar now offers all six to Bucks fans.

This arrangement offers Bache-Gabrielsen a foothold and platform for wider distribution in the U.S.A. “For years, people with an affinity for Scandinavian culture have asked that we distribute our products in North America,” said Christian Bache-Gabrielsen, President of Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac House. “We believe that our passion for our products will spread and grow among people who appreciate true craftsmanship.”

Bucks Vice President of Business Operations, John Steinmiller recognized the opportunity to offer Bucks patrons a unique choice among distilled spirits. “Bache-Gabrielsen produces an award-winning, high quality product, and one that is unique in our country. The Bucks are proud to provide our fans with yet another refreshment option and choice.”

Cognac is a distilled spirit that must be produced in the Cognac region of France, in order to be called “cognac”, and its quality and content are strictly regulated by the BNIC: Bureau National Interprofessionel du Cognac.
