August 8, 2005 - The Milwaukee Bucks will have their 2005-06 Bradley Center premiere on Saturday, November 5, at 7:30 p.m. as number one pick Andrew Bogut will have the opportunity to match up with Shaquille O’Neal, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat, the team announced today in conjunction with the release of the 2005-06 NBA schedule.

The season will tip off with back-to-back games on the East coast where the Bucks open up with Allen Iverson and the Philadelphia 76ers on November 1 and the New Jersey Nets with Jason Kidd and Vince Carter on November 2. Then it’s back to Milwaukee for home games against Miami, the Golden State Warriors (Nov. 8) and Indiana Pacers (Nov. 12).

The end of November will provide Bucks fans with a contrast in basketball styles. The defensive minded Eastern Conference Champion Detroit Pistons and their new head coach Flip Saunders make their first Bradley Center visit on November 26 (their other visit is the regular season home finale on April 17). On November 29, the potent offensive of Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks makes their lone stop in Milwaukee.

The NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs will take on the Bucks at the Bradley Center on December 20, their only meeting in Milwaukee this season.

Late in the season, the Bucks will be visited by 2005 playoff teams in five of their last six games at the Bradley Center. Those games include the Phoenix Suns (March 28), Indiana Pacers (April 1), New Jersey Nets (April 9), Washington Wizards (April 12) and Detroit Pistons (April 17).

Once again this season, weekday games will start at 7:00p.m. and Friday/Saturday games will start at 7:30 p.m., with exceptions. Milwaukee’s three Sunday home games will each start at 2:30 p.m.

Ticket plans for 43-, 21- and 10-game packages are now available by calling (414) 227-0500 or by visiting Bucks.com. Bucks.com now features all seating options in a panoramic 3-D view!
