• The Thunder were the only team the Bucks were yet to face this season. Tonight’s game also marked the final Western Conference matchup on the Bucks schedule. Milwaukee finishes the season 7-11 against the Western Conference and 3-4 versus Northwest Division foes.
• The Bucks were called for five technical fouls tonight, the most since Dec. 31, 2001 at Chicago, when they were also hit for five technical fouls.
• Oklahoma City tied a team season high for first quarter scoring (35 points). The team had previously done this on Feb. 22 against Boston.
• With the defeat tonight, the Bucks’ record against teams .500 or better falls to 7-20. Five of the remaining nine games for the Bucks are against teams .500 or better (through April 8 games).
• Carlos Delfino led the Bucks in rebounding for the fifth time this season, the last time being Feb. 22 at Chicago when he grabbed five boards.
• This is the first loss for the Bucks in the month of April. The Bucks are now 4-1 in April and 3-1 at the Bradley Center.
• Serge Ibaka’s five blocks tonight tied the most individual blocks the Bucks have allowed this season (also from Greg Stiemsma, March 22 vs. Boston). The league’s leading shot blocker has recorded five or more blocks in 17 games this season.
• Ersan Ilyasova’s 18-point performance extends his double-digit scoring streak to seven games and 10 of the last 11 games. Ilyasova also led the team in scoring for the ninth time this season and for the first time since March 24 vs. Indiana, when he scored 22 points.
• At the half, Milwaukee trailed 61-47. Russell Westbrook led all scorers with 15 points and seven rebounds while Ersan Ilyasova and Drew Gooden each had 12 points for the Bucks. The Thunder shot 24-47 (51.1 percent) overall and the Bucks shot 18-48 (37.5 percent).
• The game featured no lead changes. The last time Milwaukee played in a game without a lead change was a 120-98 win over Golden State on Mar. 16.
• The Bucks allowed 100 points for the first time since a 108-101 win over Atlanta at the Bradley Center on March 27. The last time the Bucks gave up 100 points and lost was a 125-104 loss at home to Indiana.
• Each Bucks player scored tonight, and each starter scored and had at least one rebound and assist.
• Milwaukee managed to hold Kevin Durant under 20 points tonight. Durant has been held to under 20 points just five times this season, the last time being March 20 at Utah (18 points).

“If you’re going to compete against a team like that, just to be competitive you’ve got to come with a ton of energy. You have to hold your own on the glass, you’ve got to be at least close in the free throw battle, you’ve got to play pretty good defense, and you’ve got to shoot a pretty good percentage. You can’t turn the ball over and you be physical. We really didn’t get any of those things accomplished.”

“The first couple shots they shoved us, got the (offensive) boards. We were flat footed. We tried to come back, we were able to get it to ten and we had a rebound that we kind of threw away. That hurt a little bit. You’re not going to play uphill against the Thunder and comeback and steal too many games. We got it to ten, maybe we could have gotten it to six, and maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe. Several times in the game when it was 19, we got it down to 12, it went back to 19. It’s just a quality team.”

“You would hope that we’re mentally tough enough to weather one shot at the end of the half. What if somebody just slings in a full-court shot and it banks in, some lucky shot. We can’t be down about something like that.”

“They got a lot of offensive rebounds, they really didn’t miss too much. It kind of shocked us a little bit. That’s still no excuse for the bad first half we had. We tried to our best, we got it down to ten at one point, and then they made another run.”

PLAYOFF RACE – With just 10 games remaining, Milwaukee is in the midst of a critical stretch in the race with New York and Philadelphia for the eighth seed. The Bucks and Knicks will meet for the final time on April 11, while Milwaukee will host Philadelphia on April 25. Here's a breakdown of the remaining schedule for the three teams:

30 THE HARD WAY – Monta Ellis' 30-point performance vs. CLE on 4/4 was unique – not only because 16 of his 30 points came off of 8-of-8 shooting in the final 4:32 of the game – but because all the scoring came from twopoint shots. In the last 25 years, only two Bucks players have scored 30+ points with no thee-point field goals made and no free throws made: Ellis and Glenn Robinson (30 at SAS on 12/23/01). Additionally, according to the Elias Sports Bureau, only two other NBA players have scored 16+ points in the final five minutes of the fourth quarter this season: Kyrie Irving (twice: 16 against HOU and 17 vs. NJN) and Nick Young (17 against ORL).

SHARING IS CARING – The Bucks tallied 31 assists on Saturday, their league-leading 12th game this season with 30+ (11-1 in those games), and now lead the league in assists with 23.64 helpers per game. Milwaukee's current 23.6 average is the franchise's best mark since the 1993-94 club averaged 23.7 dimes per game. The last time the Bucks led the league in assists came during the 1978-79 season when they averaged 31.2 per game.

SUP-ERSAN – Ilyasova is having a breakout season, posting career highs in scoring (12.9 ppg), rebounding (8.9 rpg), FG% (.491), 3P% (.441), 20-point games (11) and double-doubles (17). What makes Ersan stand out as a Most Improved candidate, though, is that he's accomplished it all in just 27.7 minutes per game (just two additional minutes than his previous career high). Ersan has been so efficient in his minutes this season that he's on pace to become the first player to average 12 points and eight rebounds in under 28 minutes per game since a pair of Hall of Famers did so in the early '90s:

ERSANITY! – During the height of Linsanity in New York, Ilyasova produced a historic night of his own just across the Hudson. Ersan erupted for career highs of 29 points and 25 rebounds in Milwaukee's win at New Jersey on 2/19, becoming the first Bucks player in over 30 years to tally 25+ points and rebounds in a single game. Ilyasova becomes just the third member of the 25/25 club in Bucks history, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Swen Nater.

DUN-3-VY – The Bucks offense has been a revelation this season, ranking in the top-half of the league in scoring (99.1 ppg, T5th), 100-point games (28, 4th) and offensive rating (102.8, 13th). Last season, Milwaukee ranked 30th in all three categories. A major reason for the improvement has been the scoring off the bench from Mike Dunleavy. The veteran has led a 2nd-unit that ranks 6th in the league at 34.8 bench points per game, and his 20 games this season with 10+ points on 50% or better shooting as a reserve ranks 5th in the league. Dunleavy shot 56.9% from the field during March, the best mark in the month for a guard, and his 54.4% accuracy from behind the arc for the month led the league. Dunleavy is at 42.9% from three on the season, the 12th-best mark in the NBA and on pace for the best 3-point shooting season by a Buck since Dell Curry shot 47.6 % during the 1998-99 season.

• Ersan Ilyasova recorded 20 points and 12 rebounds on Saturday vs. Portland, his team-leading 17th doubledouble this season. It was also llyasova's seventh game this season with 20+ points and 10+ rebounds. He had four such games over his first three seasons combined.
  
  
• The Bucks held Portland to opponent season lows for points in the fourth quarter (11) and points in the second half (31) in Saturday's victory. The Bucks outscored the Blazers 62-31 in the second half.
  
  
• Milwaukee leads the league with 151 charges drawn this season. The next closest team is Phoenix at 130.
  
  
• The Bucks rank T-5th in the NBA in points per game with 99.1 and 1st in assists per game with 23.64. They ranked 30th in both of those categories last season.
