COACH SCOTT SKILES
(On the Bucks offense): "We shot the ball so well.  (Ersan Ilyasova) and Mike (Dunleavy) both (shot well) in the first half.  It was almost like they didn’t hit the rim, it was right in the middle.  Our ball movement was good again.  We had 19 assists and three turnovers at half time.  We just had a very, very, very good offensive game.  We were able to pull away and keep them at bay...There are certain nights when everybody is kind of seeing everybody and we really did a nice job of that tonight."

(On Ekpe Udoh and Larry Sanders playing together): "Ekpe (Udoh) is appearing to be one of those guys, that statistically, his line might not look that impressive, but he does a lot of nice things for us out there.  And if Larry (Sanders) can come in as well, with his length around the basket, then we have two pretty good defenders out there."

MONTE ELLIS
(On playing alongside Brandon Jennings): "I’ve been watching his game for a (while).  We just have to coexist and get the pace going.  We really don’t have to change our game much, just continue to do what we do.  He doesn’t have to bring the ball down all the time, I can (also) do it.  He doesn’t have to run the screen and rolls all the time, I can do it (too).  He can spot up and vice versa."

MIKE DUNLEAVY
(On his play): "I’m just in a good flow right now.  My teammates are finding me in good positions and I’m just knocking down shots.  I’m being put in a good situation and just taking care of the rest.  It’s going well right now."

DREW GOODEN
(On the game) "I had to be there when the big guy went down. It's unfortunate that we lost the big fellow. We were in the twilight zone in the second half. The second group did a great job and lifted us up, and then the starters came back at the end; it was a good victory."

ERSAN ILYASOVA
(On playing alongside Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis): "(Monta Ellis) learned the system really, really quickly and they’re both really good players.  I think they’re really good pieces for us, for the future."

  • Brandon Jennings finished with a team-high 28 points on 11-17 (.647) shooting, six assists and four steals in 31 minutes of action.

  • Ersan Ilyasova finished the night with a team-high 10 rebounds, in addition to 20 points on 9-11 (.818) shooting in 24 minutes.

  • In 25 minutes off the bench, Beno Udrih finished with a season-high 10 assists, to go along with seven points on 3-6 (.500) shooting, and three rebounds.

PREGAME

IDES OF MIKE – There's no need for Milwaukee to beware of March. The month has seen the Bucks post a 9-6 record so far, and the team's points per game average has gone up to 104.5 – over eight points higher than the 96.2 average of December through February. One major reason for that is the scoring off the bench from Mike Dunleavy. He has had 11 double-figure scoring games this month, including eight in a row from 3/9-23. Milwaukee is 2-9 in the games Dunleavy has missed this season, and 21-18 with him in the lineup.

MOUTE KICKS BOUTE – Luc Richard Mbah a Moute sat out four of five games from March 5-12 with pain in his knee, but it's the opposition that's been feeling the pain ever since. In the eight games since he's returned to the lineup, two of which he started, Mbah a Moute has averaged 11.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game, including his first two double-doubles of the season (including a career-high 22 points and season-high 17 rebounds in a win at Golden State on March 16). He's also shooting 39-of-59 (.661) from the field over that span.

ERSANITY! – While Linsanity was taking the Big Apple by storm, Ersan Ilyasova produced a historic night of his own just across the Hudson. Ilyasova erupted for career highs of 29 points and 25 rebounds in Milwaukee's win at New Jersey on 2/19, becoming the first Bucks player in over 30 years to tally 25+ points and rebounds in a single game. Ilyasova becomes just the third member of the 25/25 club in Bucks history, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Swen Nater

  • Ekpe Udoh made his first start in a Bucks uniform on 3/27 and finished with eight points, a career-high-tying 10 rebounds and three blocks in 31 minutes.

  • Mike Dunleavy has hit at least two three-pointers in a season-best four consecutive games (and in seven of his last eight overall). Dunleavy has made at least 50 percent of his attempts from behind the arc in each of the last eight games, shooting 21-of-34 (.618) from three over that span.

  • Milwaukee forced Atlanta into 22 turnovers on Tuesday, the 10th time this season a Bucks opponent has had 20+ miscues. Milwaukee is tied with Miami for most games in the NBA this season with 20+ opp. turnovers.

  • Milwaukee was 50.0 percent from the field vs. Atlanta on 3/27, the fourth game in the last 10 that the team has shot .500 or better. The Bucks are 8-1 this season when making at least half of their shots.

  • Milwaukee has already scored 100+ points 24 times this season, going 19-5 in those games. The Bucks cracked the century mark 21 times all of last season.

  • The Bucks rank 8th in the NBA in points per game with 98.1 and 3rd in assists per game with 23.34. They ranked 30th in both of those categories last season.
