Jeff Macy begins his second season as the Bucks Head Strength and Conditioning coach following two-plus years as Oregon State's Head Strength and Conditioning coach.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Macy has previously worked in the NBA as the Chicago Bulls Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2001 through 2006. Prior to joining the Bulls staff, Macy spent time in central Illinois as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bradley University from 1998 to 2001. He also worked at the Olympic training center in Colorado as the Assistant Weightlifting Coach.

A two-time national weightlifting champion (1991 and 1993), Macy participated in the 1992 Olympic trails, placed 13th in the 1993 World Championships and is a former American record holder.

Marc Boff enters his second season in Milwaukee after four as the Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Chicago Bulls. He is a licensed athletic trainer, a licensed physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning coach.

Prior to his four-year stint with the Bulls, he served as the Head Strength Coach and Physical Therapist for the New Orleans Hornets during the 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons. From 1994 to 2002, Boff worked for the Boston Celtics as the assistant to the Head Athletic Trainer. In addition to his work with Chicago, New Orleans and Boston, Boff has volunteered as an athletic trainer at the NBA Draft Camp multiple times, and has practiced in physical therapy clinics treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses.
