Palermo’s Courtside Club Specials – February

A new month brings new specials to the Palermo’s Courtside Club. While February may be short on days, BMO Harris Bradley Center Executive Chef David Zakrocymski isn’t skimping on the offerings with 4 new additions to the menu.

Beginning Saturday February 9th, and running through the All-Star break, two new sandwiches have been added for your enjoyment. Utilizing Jake’s Deli hand carved corned beef, topping it with swiss cheese, sauerkraut, 100 Island dressing and serving it on a griddled marble rye, Chef Dave has created a hearty reuben sandwich to fill the heartiest of appetites. By opting for hand carved corned beef over a sliced option, allows for a thicker cut and preserves more of that famous Jake’s flavor. The reuben is served with french fries and available for $12.

The second special for February, is a welcome addition as we approach the height of Fish Fry (also available for just $11) season in Milwaukee. The Grilled Tuna Sandwich takes seared ahi tuna, mixed greens, tomato, sesame soy aioli and couples it with a griddled egg bun. Enjoy this addition on Feb 9th, 11th and 13th (Ash Wednesday) for $12 with a serving of french fries or substitute a side salad for just $2.00.

Cocktailing in the Palermo’s Courtside Club is a popular game night event and this month Levy Restaurants unveils a new cocktail for your enjoyment. The “Players Punch” consists of Absolut Vodka, fresh mango juice, pineapple juice, a splash of grenadine and garnished with an orange. It may be cold out, but this cocktail conjures visions of tiki bars and you are just feet away from world-class NBA action. Enjoy one this month for $8 at the bar or in the dining room.

The final special for the month takes a popular salad and puts it in your hand. The Caprese Wrap can be enjoyed by both vegetarians and carnivores in the Courtside Club on February 20th, 23rd and March 2nd. Fresh sliced mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, mixed greens and pesto mayonnaise (replacing the traditional basil) make sure this wrap doesn’t miss a beat. You can get your hands on one for just $9 with fries, but can substitute a side salad for just $2.
