  • Named Big 12 Newcomer of the Week on Dec. 23, 2013, and named preseason Big 12 Newcomer of the Year
  • Memphis won three straight C-USA Tournament titles (2011-2013) and advanced to the NCAA Tournament all three seasons Black played for the Tigers
  • Field goal percentage of .605 at Memphis is No. 4 on the school’s all-time list

  • As a junior, averaged 14.3 points (2nd SMU, 15th C-USA) and 4.3 assists (1st SMU, 7th C-USA) in 35.9 minutes (1st SMU, 2nd C-USA) and scored in double figures in all but five games
