How do I reserve a group for the 2007-08 season?
It’s easy. Just call your Group Sales Account Manager at 704-688-9047 and someone will be happy to assist you.

How and when is my payment due?
Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to your selected game date. If you are not paying in full at the time you place your order you will be required to pay a deposit. If you wish to reserve your seats less than 3 weeks prior to the game date full payment is due at the time of reservation.

When will I receive my group tickets?
Once full payment is made, your ticket will be mailed to you. Orders place within ten day of game date will be available for pick up day of game at Will Call. Other arrangements can be made with your Group Sales Account Manager.

Can I use a debit or credit card in Charlotte Bobcats Arena?
Debit and credit cards are accepted at most concession stands, The Team Store and kiosks, and all restaurants and lounges. ATM machines are also conveniently located throughout Charlotte Bobcats Arena

Are cameras/camcorders allowed in Charlotte Bobcats Arena?
Only small personal still camera equipment with a three-inch lens or less is allowed.

Is wheelchair accessible seating available for groups?
Yes, contact your group account manager at 704-688-9047 and they can arrange seating for you.

What time do the doors open for a Charlotte Bobcats game?
Arena doors will open approximately 90 minutes prior to tipoff.

Are there elevators or escalators for my convenience?
Escalators are situated on both sides of the arena outside of Section 104 (5th Street side of the arena) and Section 115 (Trade Street side of the arena). Public elevators are located in both the southeast and southwest portions of the building which are on the Trade Street side of the arena.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children over two years of age must have a ticket in order to enter Charlotte Bobcats Arena. Child under two years may enter without a ticket but must sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap.

Can my group bring in outside food or beverages?
No outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans may be brought into Charlotte Bobcats Arena
