Coca-Cola/Ultimate Sprite Family Night Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older as of 10/15/07, who have a child, legal ward, grandchild or other relative who will be between the ages of 5-18 as of the start of the 2007/2008 Charlotte Bobcats season. Void outside North Carolina and where prohibited by law.

2. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM (EST) on 10/15/07 through 11:59 PM (EST) on 12/31/07, log on to www.harristeeter.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the on-line entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or household, per day. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST) by the date indicated in the chart in Rule #3 to be eligible for the corresponding drawing and any subsequent drawings. Entries for the final random drawing must be received by 11:59 PM (EST) on 12/31/07.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: One winner will be selected in each random drawing as indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each drawing. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent drawings. Decisions of the judges are final. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per family/household.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): (6) Grand Prizes (one per drawing) – a “Party for 20” which consists of 20 Sprite Zone tickets to a 2007/2008 Regular Season Charlotte Bobcats Home Basketball Game on Sponsor-specified date, a Harris Teeter bakery cake and the opportunity for winner’s child, legal ward, grandchild or other relative to be a ball delivery boy or girl at game. ARV: $340 each. (No value associated with the ball delivery boy or girl portion of prize). Ball delivery child must be between the ages of 5-18. Game and seat location at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Transportation/parking is not included. If the game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winner will not receive cash or other substitution for tickets, but tickets may be subject to standard rain check policies and procedures established by issuer. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

5. GENERAL RULES: Employees of The Coca Cola Company and its “Promotional Participants” (i.e., Beverage Partners Worldwide (North America), CCDA Waters L.L.C., Coca Cola Bottlers, Harris Teeter, The Ruddick Co., Charlotte Bobcats, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winners permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor and Promotional Participants are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries, entries not received by entry deadline, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, mis-communications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including injury or damage to any person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, unauthorized human intervention, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the promotion, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. For purposes of determining eligibility and awarding of prizes, entry will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder". Any damage made to the website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The parent/legal guardian of the child participating as the Ball Delivery boy or girl must sign a Release of Liability/Publicity Release form prior to game. If Grand Prize winner is not the parent/legal guardian of Ball Delivery boy or girl, the Ball Delivery boy or girl’s parent/legal guardian must accompany minor to the game, and will be counted as one of the nineteen guests. If a guest of Grand Prize winner is a minor, Grand Prize winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian or the minor’s parent/legal guardian must accompany minor to the game and will be counted as one of the nineteen guests. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and Promotional Participants and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc, and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion and the acceptance/use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.

6. WINNERS LIST For the names of the winners, available after 2/05/08, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Sprite Harris Teeter Bobcats Party Sweepstakes Winners List, PO Box 10100, Mathews, NC 28106-0100, to be received by 1/05/08.
