Bismack Biyombo may have struggled offensively with five points on 1-for-7 shooting, but he was the Cats difference maker on the defensive end, finishing with 16 rebounds and four blocked shots.

First Half
THE RESULT
The Bobcats had three players score in double figures as they faced the Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse® but could not make a comeback in the fourth quarter, eventually falling 101-77 on February 13. Byron Mullens came out strong for the Cats scoring 19 points, while Bismack Biyombo hauled down 16 rebounds.

TURNING POINTS
Bobcats took lead with six minutes left in the second quarter, 36-34, but lost the advantage in the final seconds as the Pacers closed the half up, 49-46… Byron Mullens fought to keep the score close, leading the Bobcats with 13 points at halftime, but the Cats had no answer for Paul George and Tyler Hansbrough, who led the Pacers offense with 23 and 19 points, respectively... The Cats fought back in the second half, with Ramon Sessions scoring seven points in the fourth quarter, but could not cut the deficit to single digits.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
The Bobcats finished shooting 31.7 percent from the floor and 31.3 percent from long distance. The Pacers finished the game shooting 43.2 percent from the floor and 31.6 percent from 3-point territory… The Pacers beat the Bobcats in points in the paint (50-20) and second-chance points (20-9)… Charlotte’s defense forced seven Pacers turnovers, while grabbing five steals and blocked eight shots.

PACERS PLAYER OF THE GAME
Paul George led the Pacers with a triple-double, scoring 23 points, grabbing 12 rebounds and dished out 12 assists, a new career high. He finished 8-for-17 from the field and added two steals.

GAME NOTES
Byron Mullens was lead scorer for the Cats with 19 points… Ramon Sessions (14) and Gerald Henderson (13) also scored in double figures…  Paul George led the Pacers with 23 points and had a triple-double… George also reached a new career high for assists (12).
