We know if the Bobcats are going to move up in the 2007 NBA Draft, it's going to take a little bit of luck, and our fans have come through in the Bobcats Fans Lucky Charm Contest.
The response was great, and after careful consideration, we've narrowed the field down to three finalists - all of whom would be great representatives when the ping-pong balls pop up next Tuesday.
Now we're asking our fans to take a look at the three finalists and their explanations for why they would be the luckiest before casting their vote for their favorite on the bobcatsbasketball.com home page.

This is my son Theo's Growl Towel that has always brought great luck with him to Bobcats games.
His first game was December 3, 2006, and the Bobcats beat Detroit 97-89, while our seats were unexpectedly upgraded to behind the team's bench.
He insisted on laying it over his pillow when he went to sleep all season. He would point to the Bobcat in the "O" and say, "GO Bobcats!" before going to sleep. He also had Sean May, Othella Harrington, and Rufus sign it.
I took Theo to several more games during the season, and the Bobcats rarely lost a "Theo" game.
I have talked it over with my son, and he is excited at the possibility of his Bobcats sharing his good fortune and using his towel as their good luck charm.

The lucky charm you need to take with you to the draft is an old wine cork.
I found it years ago, and have kept it ever since. My kids even take it to school with them on the day of a big test!
Bring this cork with you to the draft, and you'll be sure to get a great pick (however, not as good as my daughters IDOL, Adam Morrison!!)
