How I stay fit:
Running, athletic conditioning, strength training and trying to eat healthy.
Long term goals:
To obtain a Master’s Degree in Nursing while becoming a women’s health practitioner and a travel nurse throughout the country.
Person you most admire:
My parents who grew up in a different country but immigrated to the United States and provided opportunities for my brother and I that we would not have otherwise had.
Best advice you have received:
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future or anticipate troubles; but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
