Bobcats Part Of Muscle Team 2006

Bobcats guards Matt Carroll and Kevin Burleson, joined Sting guard Helen Darling, Bobcats mascot Rufus Lynx and Sting mascot Buggsy at Muscle Team 2006, a private event to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association on Wednesday, May 17, at Bank of America Stadium.

Athletes were paired with a child who has a neuro-muscular disease, and throughout the night, the athletes and their buddy played games and participated in interactive entertainment, such as videogames, putt-putt and pop-a-shot.

This was Carroll’s second year participating on the Muscle Team, while Burleson and Darling were first-time participants.
