Sessions Hospital Visit

In addition to their summer workouts and practice sessions, Charlotte Bobcats players are continuing their good work in the community during the offseason! Bobcats star Ramon Sessions visited St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital during a recent trip to Memphis. Sessions had the opportunity to tour the hospital, distribute small gifts to the children and spend time with the patients and their families. View the Gallery

MYEP Tips Off at TWCA

The Bobcats hosted the Mayor’s Youth Employment Program Kickoff Luncheon on June 14 at Time Warner Cable Arena. The MYEP provides youth with an opportunity to meet with potential host employers, recognize employers for their support and expose program youth to the diverse opportunities within the business of basketball. Book Bus Unveiled

The Bobcats along with Lowe’s partnered to donate a full-service literacy bus that will encourage reading and learning programs for Charlotte-area youth between the ages of 5 and 13. Jeffery Taylor Gives Back

Bobcats forward Jeffery Taylor was out in the community on April 10 making a $5,000 contribution to the Hemby Children's Hospital to purchase iPads for the children to use while staying in the hospital. St. Jude Hospital Visit

While in Memphis for their game against the Grizzlies, the Charlotte Bobcats players and coaches stopped to visit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital on April 8. The team toured St. Jude, sang karaoke, and made arts and crafts with the children staying at the hospital. View the Gallery
