* "Cats365" (the "Program") is a complimentary program offered by Bobcats Basketball, LLC ("Bobcats") to Bobcats season ticket holders. By participating in the Program, the season ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that the benefits and amenities provided to the season ticket holder as a part of the Program may be changed from time to time, or eliminated in whole or in part at any time in the Bobcats sole discretion, without prior notice to the season ticket holder or anyone claiming rights under or through the season ticket holder. The season ticket holder acknowledges that the benefits and amenities provided by the Bobcats to the season ticket holder in connection with the Program are expressly conditioned upon the season ticket holder’s acknowledgment and agreement to the foregoing.
