How can I purchase tickets to an event at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena?
Charlotte Bobcats Arena offers event guests convenient ways to purchase tickets to arena events–online, by phone, at the arena’s on-site box office window, or at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center ticket outlet.
- Online at CharlotteBobcatsArena.com: The arena offers tickets to its events at CharlotteBobcatsArena.com. Guest can access the system and view schedules of all upcoming arena events then search for tickets by price, by seat or by best available option.
- Telephone: Tickets are available via toll-free phone at 1-800-495-2295.
- Charlotte Bobcats Arena Box Office: Charlotte Bobcats Arena is located on the Club Concourse level in the Atrium mid-way between the Trade Street and Fifth Street entrances. It features 16 box office windows, with six accessible from the outside. Box Office Hours – Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Saturday; and closed Sunday.
- Blumenthal Performing Arts Center Ticket Outlet: Blumenthal Performing Arts Center ticket outlet is located in Founder’s Hall at 130 North Tryon Street in Uptown Charlotte. Ticket Outlet Hours: Ticket Outlet hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday; and closed Sunday.
Can I re-enter the Charlotte Bobcats Arena after leaving an event?
During an event, once a patron leaves Charlotte Bobcats Arena, re-entry is not permitted unless another ticket is purchased.
When do doors open ?
The arena doors generally open 60 to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.
Where can I park for arena events?
There are more than 30,000 parking spaces within a 15 minute walk of Charlotte Bobcats Arena. Charlotte Bobcats Arena makes parking easy with Print and Park, its advance purchase, online parking system. How many seats are in Charlotte Bobcats Arena?
Charlotte Bobcats Arena offers the ultimate in flexible seating; from a 4-7,000 theater set up to more than 20,000 people for a collegiate basketball tournament. Maximum seating capacities are listed below.

Do you give tours?
Charlotte Bobcats Arena will offer guided public tours based on the availability and scheduling of events in the building. Tours will not be held on days where an event is scheduled.
- Public tour schedules will be determined on a month-by-month.
- Tours are subject to cancellation due to scheduling changes.
- Tour requests need to be made one week (7 days) in advance and will be granted in the order they are requested.
- Public tour routes will be based on availability and set-up of Arena spaces.
- Tours are limited to 20 people per tour and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a group larger than 20, alternate arrangements may be made.
