1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to residents of the States of North Carolina or South Carolina who: (i) are 18 years or older as of July 15, 2009; and (ii) reside within a 75 mile radius of the facility currently known as Time Warner Cable Arena located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Employees, directors, officers, agents and affiliates of Bobcats Basketball, LLC (“Sponsor”), The National Basketball Association and it’s Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and all of their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, agents, affiliates and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. All entries become property of Sponsor.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotional period begins at midnight on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 ("Promotional Period").

3. ENTRY: To register, complete the registration form for the Sweepstakes online at bobcats.com, by filling out your full name, age, phone number, and email address. The personal information you submit when you enter this Sweepstakes is collected by Sponsor, and may be shared with participating partners and will be subject to their individual privacy policies. The registration form must be completed in its entirety in order to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day.

4. PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) One Grand Prize: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be chosen to be a guest judge at the opening round of the Charlotte Bobcats 2009-2010 “Lady Cats Auditions.” Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: All eligible entrants’ entries will be entered into the random drawing for the Grand Prize. On or about July 23, 2009, the selected winner will be chosen by random drawing by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about July 23, 2009. The selected winner will be required to respond (as directed) in a timely manner to the notification. Not doing so may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The winner of the Grand Prize will also be sent an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release. Each winner will be required to complete and return the release within the time period specified therein. The Grand Prize may be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate winner may randomly be selected among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the release and to return the documents as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the Grand Prize for any reason. No assignment, transfer or substitution of the Grand Prize is permitted and the Grand Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with one of equal or greater value should the Grand Prize become unavailable. Winner agrees to grant to Sponsor, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and all of their respective licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and assigns (and confirm that grant in writing), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional authorization, compensation, remuneration, consideration, and without review, notification or approval.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any part of the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize in accordance with the selection processes described above. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, each Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

7. RELEASE: By receiving the Grand Prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, and/or NBA Properties, Inc., and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any part of the Grand Prize.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

9. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State. In the event any portion of these Official Rules is declared invalid and therefore void, the remaining portions of these Official Rules shall remain in full effect and construed as if the invalid portion had not been contained in these Official Rules.

10. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winner send a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than 8/1/09 to: Bobcats “Judge the Bobcats Lady Cats Audition” Sweepstakes - Winners List, Attention: Marketing, 333 East Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. The name of the winner may also be posted at bobcats.com
