New draft picks Jared Dudley and Jermareo Davidson and returning team members Raymond Felton, Adam Morrison, Alan Anderson and Ryan Hollis led the Bobcats into mini-camp at Charlotte Bobcats Arena as they prepared for the 2007 Orlando Summer League. The team began its mini-camp on Tuesday, July 3, at Presbyterian Hospital Training Center.

The Orlando Summer League began Monday, July 9, and ran through Friday, July 13. Other participating teams were Chicago, Indiana, New Jersey and Orlando. In 2006, the Bobcats finished tied with Orlando and Indiana for the best record in the summer league at 3-2, and followed that up with a 2-3 record in 2007 in their first summer league running new Head Coach Sam Vincent's system.

    DUDLEY AND DAVIDSON EARN SECOND TEAM NODS
    At the conclusion of the 2007 Orlando Summer League on Friday, members of the media, as well as fans on the Magic's team website combined to name their All-Summer League Teams. The Bobcats were well-represented on the teams, as rookies Jared Dudley and Jermareo Davidson were both named to the Second Team.

    GAME 5: DAVIDSON PROVING HE BELONGS
    Rookie Jermareo Davidson scored nine points with three rebouds and one blocked shot in Friday's 55-7 loss to Indiana in the summer league finale. The Bobcats finished the league 2-3 overall.

    GAME 4: DUDLEY SHOWS HE DOES MORE THAN SCORE
    Rookie Jared Dudley notched the Bobcats first double-double of the summer with 16 points and 10 rebounds in Thursday's 72-66 loss to New Jersey. The Bobcats now stand at 2-2 overall.

    GAME 3: HOLLINS HELPS SET TONE AGAINST MAGIC
    As the only player on the Bobcats roster with NBA experience, Ryan Hollins elevated his game on Wednesday and helped lead Charlotte to a 95-77 win over host Orlando. The Bobcats now stand at 2-1 overall.
