Trail Blazers, Kuni Lexus of Portland Unveil Signature Deal for "Kuni Lexus Club Level" Inside Moda Center

For the ninth straight year, the Lexus automotive brand will again be linked to the Portland Trail Blazers and their fans – but now at a more exclusive level.  Kuni Lexus of Portland and the Trail Blazers have announced a multi-year agreement to establish the “Kuni Lexus Club Level” which will cater to ticketholders on the Club Level of the Moda Center.  Trail Blazers and Kuni Lexus executives unveiled the new partnership in a media event today that also included Lexus vehicle owners and a display of 2015 Lexus vehicles on the Rose Quarter Plaza.

“This agreement further underscores our Corporate Partnerships strategy to link the Trail Blazers with brands whose values and cultures closely mirror our own,” said Chris McGowan, President & CEO of the Trail Blazers and the Rose Quarter. “There is a special history that already exists between the Lexus brand and Trail Blazers Basketball.  This new agreement builds on that foundation in a new way that ultimately benefits our fans and guests who purchase tickets on the Club Level.”

“Lexus has always been extremely supportive of the Trail Blazers and we are proud to have taken a more exclusive role in our partnership,”said Phil Lane, President of Kuni Lexus of Portland. “We pride ourselves on the excellent customer experience we provide at Kuni Lexus of Portland, and the new Kuni Lexus Club Level was also built with the same purpose in mind – making it the natural next step in our successful partnership.”

The Kuni Lexus Club Level is among many areas of the Moda Center and Rose Quarter that have undergone capital improvements which will total $16 million when all phases are completed.  The newly-redesigned experience on the Kuni Lexus Club Levels features new food and beverage options, merchandise kiosks, concierge service and more than 1,500 new seats for enhanced comfort.  Select Club Level ticket packages not only include Trail Blazers home games, but also access to Portland Thunder Arena Football, college basketball, concerts, special events and other touring shows booked into Moda Center.
