Rip City Club Amenities*

The Rip City Club is an exclusive amenities program for Trail Blazers Season Ticket Holders. This program is designed to provide you with special, inside access that is not available to other Trail Blazers fans.

This is a list of the exclusive Rip City Club Amenities:

Dedicated Season Ticket Services Team
Our goal is to continue providing superior customer service. Our Service Management team is available, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. During all Trail Blazers home games, a member of our Service Team is available to assist you between entries A6 - A7.

Season Ticket Services Concierge Desk
The Trail Blazers Staff is available to assist you with your ticketing and game needs during all Trail Blazers games. Your Service Team is committed to ensure superior game experience. Stop by our Concierge Desk and let us know if you are celebrating a special event. We will make sure it’s nothing less than memorable.

The Concierge Desk is located on level P3 across from the North Entry inside the Rose Garden between entry A6-A7 for all Season Ticket Holders. The Concierge Desk will be accessible from the time doors open until the end of the game.

Additional Pre-season Tickets
Season Ticket Holders may request two additional complimentary tickets per account for one pre-season game.

Right of First Request on Trail Blazers Tickets
Season Ticket Holders will have the option to purchase Trail Blazers tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Right of First Purchase For All Trail Blazers NBA Playoffs Home Games
As a Season Ticket Holder, you will have the opportunity to secure playoff tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Super Season Saver Discounts
We are pleased to announce that we will have six games throughout the season designated as Season Saver Nights! Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional tickets at a reduced price. Tickets can be purchased at the season saver price starting two weeks before the date of the game by calling your Service Manager at (503) 231-8000. These tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Click Here for game listings.

Ticket Forwarding Opportunities

Online Account Manager: Complimentary program designed to help you forward your Trail Blazers Season Tickets to the guest of your choice.

Tax write-off opportunity: Donate your tickets to the Oregon Sports Authority Program.

11-Game Ticket Exchange: You have the option to exchange your game tickets to select regular season games.

Flexible & Convenient Payment Options
Season Ticket Holders have many payment options to select from:

Full Payment Option: Pay in full by May 1st and qualify to receive an invitation to an exclusive Trail Blazers event.

E-ZBlazersPay: An automated monthly payment plan; all you need is to provide the Trail Blazers Season Ticket Services Office with your credit card.

Traditional Pay: Split your payment into two equal payments payable in May & August.

Current Agreement: If you are currently on a multi-year agreement you can select one of the new payment options or simply pay in full according to your agreement.

Season Ticket Holders have the option to pay online by using the Online Account Manager.

Select-A-Seat Relocation Open House Event
Season Ticket Holders receive priority seating options and may upgrade their current seat location during our annual Select-A-Seat Relocation Open House Event held in June at the Rose Garden.

Dining at the Garden Club
Utilize the Garden Club Restaurant on the 100 Level Concourse for a pre-game bite. Reservations are recommended. Call (503) 797-9947 ahead of time and your table will be ready for you and your special guests.

Reduced Parking Option
As a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive a discounted rate for your season parking at the East/West Garage, Legacy Lot or off-site parking.

Multi-Year Savings Plan
Opportunity to receive savings with a multi-year agreement. Season Tickets are set at a lower price than the gate rate. While ticket prices have not been determined for future years, there is a maximum limit to the amount your rate could increase on the Guaranteed Pricing Plan (GPP). For example, if you select a 7-year term, the most your ticket price could increase from one year to the next is 1.5%.

This does not guarantee a 1.5% increase; it simply states that your rate will not exceed this amount. There are three GPP options: 3-year term at a maximum 6% increase, 5-year term at a maximum 3% increase and 7-year term at a maximum 1.5% increase. GPP prices will never increase at a higher rate than single year Season Tickets.

Seat Transfer Rights
Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to transfer the rights to their seats and existing contracts to another party.

A Yearly Planner
