Preferred Membership offers you access to park at the covered Garden Garage (with the purchase of 4 Midlevel Preferred or 2 Courtside seats), complete access to a private concourse & restaurants such as Legends & Players Lounge to enjoy a pre-game get together. Enjoy the Preferred experience in your Theatre style seats, without missing any of the game by placing your food and beverage order through the in-seat services staff. Don’t forget to check your coat in at the Private Level coat check station located by the Preferred Concierge desk on level P4. Make sure to enjoy a complimentary soft drink during half time in the Rose Room. Lastly, as a Preferred Ticket Holder, you have access to Cucina Cucina’s exclusive dinner reservation line that you can find in your yearly planner.

Dedicated Season Ticket Services Team
Our goal is to continue providing superior customer service. Our Service Management Team is available, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. During all Trail Blazers home games, a member of our Service Team is available to assist you.

Preferred Conierge Desk
The Preferred Services Team is available to assist you with your ticketing and game needs during all Trail Blazers games. Your Service Team is committed to ensure superior game experience. Stop by our Concierge Desk and let us know if you are celebrating a special event. We will make sure it’s nothing less than memorable. The Concierge Desk is located on level P4 by the Rose Room.

Right Of First Refusal for Events & Concerts
As a Preferred Ticket Holder, you will have the option to purchase tickets to see certain ticketed Rose Garden Events. Preferred Season Ticket Holders will have first priority to purchase tickets.

Complimentary Playoff Tickets
Preferred Season Ticket Holders will receive complimentary playoff tickets through the first three rounds. (Does not include NBA finals).

Additional Pre-Season Tickets
Season Ticket Holders may request two additional Preferred complimentary tickets per account for one pre-season game.

Reduced Parking Option
As a Preferred Season Ticket Holder, you will receive a discounted rate on additional season-long parking in the East/West Garage, Legacy Lot or off-site parking.

Right of First Refusal on Trail Blazers Tickets & NBA Playoffs Home Games
Preferred Season Ticket Holders will have the option to purchase additional Preferred Trail Blazers tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Super Season Saver Preferred Discounts
We are pleased to announce that we will have 6 games throughout the season designated as Season Saver Nights! Season Ticket Holders can purchase Preferred tickets at a reduced price. Tickets can be purchased at the season saver price starting 2 weeks before the date of the game by calling your Service Manager at 503-231-8000. These tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The game dates are listed below.

Select-A-Seat Relocation Open House Event
Preferred Season Ticket Holders receive priority seating options and may upgrade their current seat location to other Preferred seat locations during our annual Select-A-Seat Relocation Open House Event held in June at the Rose Garden.

Lucky Pin Nights
Our Preferred Season Ticket Holders will receive a lapel pin to wear on twelve selected games during the Trail Blazers upcoming season. If a member of our Season Ticket Services Team spots you wearing the pin, you will be rewarded a prize.

Ticket Forwarding Opportunities

1. Online Account Manager: Complimentary program designed to help you forward your Trail Blazers Season Tickets to the guest of your choice and/or pay your account online.
   
   
2. Tax write-off opportunity: Donate your tickets to the Oregon Sports Authority Program.
   
   
3. 11-Game Ticket Exchange: You have the option to exchange your game tickets to select regular season games for other Preferred seating in the same price category. Tickets that you are exchanging need to be received in the Season Ticket Services Office no sooner than two weeks before the date of the game, and no later than three days before the game you are turning in. Multi-Year Savings Plan
Opportunity to receive savings with a multi-year agreement. Season Tickets are set at a lower price than the gate rate.

Seat Transfer Rights
Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to transfer the rights to their seats and existing contracts to another party.

A Yearly Planner
Everything you need to know for the 04-05 Season can be found in your yearly planner. New this season, the planner will include a Media Guide redemption card and an all-inclusive calendar listing important dates you don’t want to miss. Look for the Lucky Pin Nights, Preferred Appreciation Nights, Super Season Saver Nights and 11-Game Ticket Exchange.

Preferred Appreciation Nights (PAN)
This event is for our Preferred Season Ticket Holders who are invited to mingle with front office staff and other Preferred Clients during three festive pre-game receptions. These include games, door prizes, music, food and beverage.
