What if I need disability services?
Guests with disabilities may call the Rose Quarter Ticket Office at (503) 797-9617 with inquiries regarding access to events. Disabled access to the Rose Quarter includes convenient entrances, exits, elevators and escalators to upper levels. Rose Quarter venues have wheelchair accessible seating for all events. Accessible restrooms, concession stands, drinking fountains and TTY telephones are located throughout the Rose Quarter. Braille menus and wheelchair escorts are available at the Guest Information Booths. With a picture ID, guests may check out wheelchairs, Assistive Listening Devices or wheelchair food and beverage trays from any of the Guest Information Booths. Tri-Met, MAX Lightrail and taxi services are conveniently located to the South of the Rose Quarter. Please don't hesitate to ask our Guest Services or Guest Services staff for assistance. What if I need special accommodations or disabled seating?
For special accommodations contact the Box Office in writing and at least 3 weeks before the event. Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the Rose Garden and on the main level of the Memorial Coliseum. One companion seat is available for each wheelchair seat. Additional companion seats can be purchased based on availability. We also sell transfer seats to guests with limited mobility. Please identify your need for special seating at the time of ticket purchase.
What if I have a ticket that I needed to exchange for disabled seating?
The Rose Quarter has a disabled ticket exchange program. If you need to exchange a disabled ticket or have any other ticket questions, please contact the Rose Quarter Ticket Office at (503) 797-9617 as soon as possible. You may also leave a message at (503) 963-4580 and a Ticket Office representative will return your call on the next business day.
