WHERE ARE MY SEASON TICKETS?

You will receive a packet in the mail December 15-16 for all games starting December 19. Please note a very important change. Your paper tickets have been replaced by a Ticket Access card (one card for each seat). Please bring your new Ticket Access card(s) to the game on December 19, and every game thereafter, to enter the Rose Garden.

This season's unpredictable start has resulted in an unusually short window to print and distribute your season tickets. In an effort to make your tickets available to you before games begin, your paper tickets have been replaced by Ticket Access cards:
  • You will receive a card, about the size of a driver's license, for each seat you own
  • The card(s) are pre-loaded with all your games for the entire season
  • Keep the same card(s) and re-use for each game
  • Continue to share your tickets by using ticket forwarding and print at home features
  • If you purchased season parking, you will be given one hang-tag that is also pre-loaded with all of your games. You may forward parking to guests just like tickets

  • In the packet arriving in your mailbox December 15-16, you will find your Ticket Access card(s) specific to your account and detailed instructions on how to share your tickets with others through ticket forwarding and print at home.

Please bring your card to the game on December 19, and each game thereafter, to ensure fast and easy entry. If you do not plan to use your tickets, forward your seats to your guests in advance so that they may print at home and also enjoy fast and easy entry.

We recognize this process is different from what you are accustomed to and may or may not be a welcomed change. You will continue to have options, including paper tickets, in the future. This technology was our fastest path given the unusual circumstances of a reduced season.

We want to help make this transition as easy as possible and identify solutions that work best for you. Your service manager is here and available to assist you. We appreciate your flexibility and patience and we look forward to seeing you at the Rose Garden.
