Yes. We have formed a partnership with a company called NeuLion to handle the video streaming and e-commerce. NeuLion will offer a high-quality, high definition 720p stream. The company, a leader in streaming sporting events, has an impressive client list that includes NBA League Pass (International).

What are the technical specifications?

In order to receive a high-definition broadcast, you need a broadband connection, such as DSL or Cable, with a download rate of at least 4Mbps. Viewing in standard definition requires a download rate of at least 1.5Mbps. To view what your rates are, please visit: http://speedtest.net to see if you have a fast enough connection.

You will need a broadband connection such as DSL or cable with at least 2.5Mbps download bandwidth to watch the medium quality.

What are the minimum bandwidth requirements for high quality and multiple streams viewing?

You will need a broadband connection such as DSL or cable with at least 4Mbps download bandwidth to watch the highest quality.

What are my payment options?

The registration page allows fans to sign up with a valid credit card.

Does everyone have access to the games online?

Because of NBA streaming requirements, the Trail Blazers are only allowed to stream the games within our League Approved territory, which includes select zip codes in Oregon and Washington.

Will the games be archived so I can watch them on demand?

No. Unfortunately, the NBA has not yet approved teams to offer video on demand services.

What if Comcast isn't available at my address, but my zip code is blocked?

Can I watch the game on my mobile phone?

No. Currently streaming to a mobile device isn't made available to us.

How will watching online be any different than watching the TV broadcast?

The opportunity to stream online opens up many new opportunities to present the game and the conversation around the game.

Can more than one person watch with my login?

No, this is what's known as a single seat license. When purchasing an account, only one person can watch the stream at a time using that purchased login.
