Qyntel Woods spent three seasons in college; two at Moberly Junior College in Moberly, Missouri, and one at Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville, Mississippi.

2000-2001 As a sophomore at Northeast Mississippi CC, he averaged 32.3 points, 10 rebounds, and 2.0 steals.

Qyntel erupted for season-high of 52 points against Holmes Community College of Mississippi.

As a redshirt freshman at Moberly JC in Missouri, he averaged 23.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.

Qyntel averaged 28.0 points per game during the 2003 Rocky Mountain Revue and was named to the All-Revue Team.
