College: Averaged 11.3 points, 4.4 assists, 2.8 rebounds per game in his three years at the University of North Carolina. Only one of six players in UNC history to score at least 1,000 points and more than 400 assists in a career. Missed only one game in his college career due to injury. Led the Tarheels to a 77-24 record during his tenure. Jeff majored in Psychology.
