The following are summary highlights. Please refer here for additional terms and conditions. These options only apply if games are cancelled.

•• Earn 5% bonus credits to your account until games resume.
The 5% bonus credit will be calculated at a 5% annual rate based on a "simple interest" calculation.

•• Accrual begins on October 1, 2011

• •Bonus credits can be applied to food, beverage and Fan Shop merchandise during Trail Blazers games at the Rose Garden.

• • Bonus credit vouchers will be dispensed when games start and will expire at the end of the season.

• To qualify for the 5% bonus credit, you must stay current on your payment plan. Taxable income may apply; please consult a tax advisor.

• • Bonus credit will be issued only in the primary name listed on a season ticket account unless otherwise authorized in writing.

• • You may opt for the Refund Policy at any time. If you opt for it, all of the provisions of the Refund Policy will apply as though you had selected it at the outset; any credits otherwise earned under Trail Blazers Fan Loyalty option will be forfeited.

Refund Policy:
If a Trail Blazers game is cancelled due to a work stoppage, you will be entitled to receive a refund in the amount you paid for the game ticket plus a 1% annual interest rate based on a simple interest calculation. Interest begins to accrue on October 1, 2011. Refund and interest checks will be dispensed within 10-days of the end of the month in which games are cancelled.
