Ticket Access and Usage Guide

Digital ticketing is an emerging technology for sports and entertainment entities worldwide and is available to Rip City United members through Ticket Access cards. While the majority of Season Ticket Holders have chosen this form of entry into the Moda Center and experienced firsthand the benefits of digital ticketing, other options are available to you.

We have your account marked to receive the form of ticket entry that you used for the 2013-14 season. Your form of ticket entry is also marked under account information on your enclosed invoice (Ticket Access Cards, Printed Tickets or Emailed Tickets). If you would like to change your form of entry for the 2014-15 season, please indicate your preferred form of ticket entry on your invoice.

There are many resources available to members of Rip City United to help you get the most out of your tickets including:

Whether one game, or 20 games, email tickets to friends, coworkers, clients, family or whoever you would like to treat to your seats through Account Manager.

Turn your unused tickets into extra money, while providing a fellow Trail Blazers fan an opportunity to watch the game from your great seats! NEW Bi-weekly account reimbursement payment option.

*Trail Blazers reserve the right to cancel any broker seats or accounts that are being sold on the secondary market.

Season Ticket Holders can exchange their regular season game tickets for tickets to another regular season game. Exchange game must be of equal or lesser value. All exchanges are based on availability. Ten (10) business days’ notice required to process.

Make a tax deductible donation of your game tickets to deserving kids from local youth organizations through Oregon Sports Authority. You may donate your tickets by noon on game day for weekday games (or by noon on Friday before a weekend game) by transferring the tickets via email to tickets@oregonsports.org through Account Manager.

Variable Season Ticket Pricing acknowledges that some games are in higher demand than others. In late Summer of 2014, we will distribute a tool to our full Season Ticket Holders that will assign values to the individual games within your season ticket package to better reflect the expected demand in the marketplace. Please use this as a guide for the 2014-15 season.

Your Ticket Access Card acts as your Rip City United membership card. If you get printed or emailed tickets, we will issue a Rip City United membership card to you at the start of the 2014-15 season. Use your card to access exclusive Rip City United events and rewards throughout the year.
