In Thomas Robinson’s first season in Portland the sophomore played in 70 games, posting averages of 4.8 points (48.1% FG), 4.4 rebounds, 0.5 assists and 12.5 minutes. He recorded his first double-double of the year on Feb. 23 vs. Minnesota, tallying 14 points and grabbing a career-best 18 rebounds. Later he finished with back-to-back games of double-digit scoring March 27-28, ten points against Atlanta on March 27, then 10 points and four rebounds at Chicago on March 28. Robinson grabbed double-digit rebounds in three games, also leading the team in that department twice during the season.
Robinson came off the bench and played in every postseason matchup for the Trail Blazers. He tallied averaged of 2.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in 11.1 minutes.
