You probably know legendary Trail Blazer, Jerome Kersey, more for his scoring and rebounding in the NBA than his singing. But back in 1989, Jerome and his friend Andy Stokes, wanted to do something special in front of the Trail Blazers faithful. Andy was a local R&B artist who convinced Jerome to sing the National Anthem before a matchup with the Detroit Pistons. "No one on the team knew I was doing it until Terry (Porter) saw me start walking toward center court," said Kersey.
