Call Of The Game: From Start To Finish

The voice of the Trail Blazers, Brian Wheeler, delivers the Call of the Game. It's hard to believe the Trail Blazers were once down 18 points against the Timberwolves Sunday night but that was the predicament the Trail Blazers were facing against their division rivals. Enter Thomas Robinson. The second-year product from Kansas recorded his first double-double wearing as a Trail Blazer, including a career-high 18 rebounds. But it wasn't a basket or rebound from Robinson that left the biggest impression. Near the nine minute mark of the fourth quarter Corey Brewer decided to challenge Robinson on the break. Bad idea. Robinson sized up Brewer perfectly and sent his dunk attempt back to Minnesota. While everyone was cheering the massive block, Will Barton raced down court and finished the alley-oop lob from Wesley Matthews, putting an emphatic stamp on one of the greatest sequences from the Blazers this season. Portland would use a 56-37 second-half advantage to run away with a 108-97 victory.
