The Portland Trail Blazers dominated the overtime period to get a victory against the New York Knicks on Saturday night.

Brandon Roy led the Trail Blazers with 27 points, eight coming in overtime, and grabbed six rebounds as the Trail Blazers won 120-114 for their second-straight road victory.

Steve Blake and LaMarcus Aldridge each had a double-double, Blake with 15 points and 10 assists and Aldridge with 22 points and 10 rebounds.

This win brings the Trail Blazers to 33-30 on the season, passing their win total of 32 from last season.

After scoring just 20 points in the fourth quarter and allowing the Knicks to tie the game at the end of regulation, the Trail Blazers outscored their opponents 12-6 in overtime.

Nate Robinson led the Knicks with 45 points and six assists, while also grabbing six rebounds. The Trail Blazers had no answer for Robinson, who took over in the fourth quarter and hit the game-tying layup with two seconds remaining in regulation.

David Lee picked up another double-double against the Trail Blazers with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Quentin Richardson scored 20 points and former Trail Blazer Fred Jones scored 17 for the Knicks.

The Trail Blazers got impressive contributions across the board. Martell Webster finished with 15 points and seven assists and Joel Przybilla scored seven points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Webster and Przybilla each blocked a shot in the overtime period to keep the Trail Blazers in control.

The Trail Blazers scored a season-high 36 points in the first quarter on 65% shooting, including 4-4 from three-point range. Webster and Aldridge each scored nine points in the opening period.

The Trail Blazers hit their first six attempts from beyond the arc, the last by Jarrett Jack to give Portland a 50-40 lead with 4:13 remaining in the second quarter. The Trail Blazers lead would not increase for the remainder of the game, as they made just three of their next 14 attempts from distance in regulation.

The Knicks were missing four of their highest priced players: Stephon Marbury, Jamal Crawford, Zach Randolph and Eddy Curry.

The Trail Blazers' next stop on this road trip is Cleveland, where they will face LeBron James and the new-look Cavaliers on Monday. The game is at 4:00 p.m. PST and will be broadcast on Comcast Sports Network. As always, the game can be heard on 750am KXL.
