Trail Blazers & Burger King Honor Jr. Players

The Portland Trail Blazers and Burger King are honoring Jr. NBA and WNBA players selected for the regional Jr. NBA and WNBA team on Thursday, March 24, 2005 when the Trail Blazers take on the Seattle Supersonics at the Rose Garden.

This years winners include Raphael Belinfante and Katie Puccetti of Mountain Home Air Force Base located in Mountain Home, Idaho, Brooke Davidson and Jake Lucero of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Oregon, and Nanea Woods of the Salvation Army Moore Street Center.

Prior to the start of the game each winner and their fellow teammates will visit the Rose Garden Arena at approximately 4:30 PM to watch the players warm up, and participate in a Chalk Talk conducted by . Jerry Moss, Director of Trail Blazer Community Outreach.

During half-time, two of the teams will participate in a scrimmage for fans and audience members, and all winners will be honored during that time.
