Even a 26-point effort from Brandon Roy wasn't enough to stop the high powered Warriors.

In an electrifying game featuring eight lead changes, the Trail Blazers fell 110-104 to Golden State.

Travis Outlaw provided his usual spark off the bench for the Trail Blazers, scoring 17 points on an array of jumpers and dunks.

The Trail Blazers came back from a 10-point deficit in the second quarter to finish the third quarter in a tie game. But the Trail Blazers couldn't maintain their comeback attempt in the fourth quarter.

Jarrett Jack's three-point-play tied the game at 93-93 with 7:08 remaining. But Baron Davis scored two straight baskets to give the Warriors their final lead of the game.

The Trail Blazers managed to draw within three points with 2:52 remaining, but could get no closer.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 15 points, seven rebounds and three steals. Steve Blake scored 11 points and led the Trail Blazers with six assists.

James Jones returned to his pre-injury form with 12 points, six rebounds and two blocks. Joel Przybilla led the Trail Blazers with 10 rebounds.

Stephen Jackson, after struggling mightily in his last two games against the Trail Blazers, stepped up for the Warriors with 29 points and nine rebounds, including six three-pointers.

Monta Ellis continued his strong play with 22 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Baron Davis added 18 points and five assists.

Roy wasn't pleased with the result, but knows that his team can't get hung up on one game.

"I think we played them tough tonight," Roy said. "I am disappointed in tonight's game, but I know that we have to come together and try to get a big win at home against Phoenix."

The Trail Blazers will return home to play their next game on Tuesday, when they host Steve Nash, Shaquille O'Neal, Amare Stoudamire and the Phoenix Suns.

The game is at 7:00 p.m. and will be broadcast on Comcast Sports Network. As always, the game can be heard on 750am KXL. CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS
