Thirty-five Trail Blazers Season Ticket Holders and their guests were
randomly selected through the January Rip City Club offers to attend a
private "Meet & Greet" during the Trail Blazers vs. the Cleveland
Cavaliers game on January 19th. Attendees visited the alumni team and received autographs.
The "Hardwood Classics Alumni Meet & Greet" included Stu Inman, Dr.
Murdrick, Dale Schluter, Bob Gross, Michael Harper,
LeRoy Ellis, Darrell Imhoff, and Graig Smith. In addition, Luther
Rackley, a Cavalier center, flew in for this event to participate in the
"ceremonial tip off" before the game.
Attendees were also able to view
the actual basketball used during the first Trail Blazers game against
Cleveland.
