Where do you prefer to travel when you are on vacation?

Vladimir Stepania: I always like to visit my family wherever they are. Lately, that means Florida and Seattle, WA. Of course the Republic of Georgia is also special to me and I'll go there whenever I can.
Question for Derek Anderson
What's the hardest part of keeping your faith up in the NBA?

Derek Anderson: I think it's just the temptations that are out there. And the fact that you have a lot of publicity, so you have to watch everything you say and everything you do-and if you're open about your faith, it seems that people want to challenge you more.
Question for Damon Stoudamire
I have been a fan of you ever since I first saw you play (when I was 8), which was when you were first traded to the Blazers from Toronto. I am a short player about 5'5", but not nearly done growing yet. People tell me I won't make it to the NBA
because I am short, even though I have really good dribbling and can easily penetrate. People still have their doubts. Did people think the same things about you, and if so, how did you overcome it?

Damon Stoudamire: I heard that a lot. You can't focus on height which is something you can't control. You just have to work on your game and get better at what you can control.

What will you do with your first paycheck?

Sebastian Telfair: I don't know. I want to make sure my family is well taken care of, so it will probably be something for the whole family.
Question for Coach Cheeks
I was just wondering what is in store for Shareef? I mean, I know he doesn't want to stay, but are you considering moving him to starting PF and having him and Randolph play 21 each?

Coach Cheeks: We're looking at a lot of options for Reef. If he stays with out team, we'll try him in several positions and make sure he gets playing time. At this point, it's up in the air to whether Jon Nash will find a deal that works for everyone.

What are your hopes for next season?

Theo Ratliff: I want to work hard and help this team go far. We all want to win and win a lot. It will depend on who we have on the roster as we get toward the season, but I know the guys we have now just want to get on the floor and start competing.

How do you feel about your new contract with Portland?

Darius Miles: Great! I have played my best basketball here . It's nice to finally have a place to call home. The fans have always been great to me here.

How do you plan on passing the time during the road trips this year?

When I go on the road, I like to pass time by watching movies or playing on the computer.

What other sports do you like besides basketball?
