He arrived in Portland at 1:50 on Thursday afternoon. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and temperatures hit 90 before the day was over. If there was ever a day to show off the beautiful Northwest, this was it. A perfect opportunity to show off the city, and to roll out the red carpet for a highly-sought after free agent.
Hedo Turkoglu was all smiles as he entered the main concourse at PDX and was greeted by Kevin Pritchard and his executive team, who are doing their best in this, their first big-time recruitment of a free agent. This team may have been built through the draft, but now the page has been turned and the search for another piece to the puzzle is taking place as we speak.
