• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
• ELIGIBILITY. The Portland Trail Blazers / Kia Motors “Test-Drive & Go” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to Oregon and Southwest Washington residents, 18 years at the time of entry and have a valid U.S. driver’s license, except employees of Trail Blazers Inc., Kia Motors America, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc., and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees are not eligible for entry.
• ENTRY. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 AM (P.S.T.) on November 1, 2009 and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (P.S.T.) on December 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period").
There is one (1) way to enter:
Test-drive any new Kia vehicle at a participating Northwest Metro Kia Retailer between November 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, and receive a voucher with a promotion code, which may entitle you to receive two (2) tickets to a Portland Trail Blazers game if you complete the steps described below and satisfy all the conditions. After you test-drive a new Kia and receive a voucher from the participating Kia retailer, visit http://fans.trailblazers.com/Kia, completely answer the provided questions and provide the requested information, enter the promotion code on your voucher and select the game you would like to attend from among the choices given (seat location will be at the sole discretion of the Portland Trail Blazers and the Trail Blazers reserve the right in its sole discretion to give you tickets to a game other than the game you request).
After this, a Trail Blazers representative send you instructions on how to pick up two (2) tickets to a Portland Trail Blazers game if the following conditions are met: (1) One (1) voucher per household. If a voucher has already been redeemed by someone living in your household, you are not eligible; (2) Offer valid while supplies last. The number of vouchers given to any dealership will be limited and the total number of tickets available for this promotion is 640. Once a total of 640 tickets have been distributed and redeemed online, the promotion is over. If a participating Kia retailer you visit for a test-drive is out of vouchers, then you will not be able to participate unless you test-drive at a participating Kia retailer that still has vouchers; (3) You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Oregon or Washington and have a valid driver’s license; (4) The voucher must match the dealer test-drive log.
No reproduction of the voucher is permitted and the voucher may not be transferred. If a voucher or promotion code is used more than one (1) time, every person who attempts to use that voucher / promotion code will be disqualified from participating, even the person whose name matches the dealer test-drive log. If all the above conditions have been met, you will be required to present your voucher and your valid driver’s license in person at the Rose Garden Box Office to receive the tickets.
PRIZES AND ODDS. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from those who have test-driven a new Kia vehicle, received a voucher and followed all instructions herein. The odds of winning are 1 out of 640.The winner will be chosen on or about January 5, 2010. The winner will receive two (2) lower level tickets to the Trail Blazers vs. Boston Celtics road game at the TD Garden arena in Boston, MA on January 22, 2010, Airfare from Portland, Oregon to Boston, MA departing Portland, OR on January 21, 2010 and returning to Portland, OR on January 23, 2010, Two (2) Nights Lodging (hotel location chosen by the Trail Blazers in their sole discretion), $500 spending money and two (2) authentic Trail Blazers jerseys (player chosen by the Trail Blazers in its sole discretion). Approximate retail value of this prize is $2,800.
• WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Winner will be notified by telephone within two (2) business days of the drawing. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or if Sponsor is unable to reach winner in a reasonable period of time (as determined by Sponsor) may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected randomly from among the remaining eligible entrants. Winner may waive his/her right to receive a prize. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state, local, and municipal taxes on prizes. Winner is also responsible for all expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise indicated. Winner and winner’s guest (or the guest’s parent/legal guardian, if guest under the age of 18) will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release as requested by Sponsor, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to the publication, dissemination and use of his or her name, photograph, image, likeness and voice by Sponsor and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc. in any media at any time for any purpose without any additional compensation to, permission from or inspection by entrant.
• PARTICIPATION. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By entering, entrants further agree to be bound by the terms relating to the use of this website, including its Privacy Policy. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. • CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Oregon, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Oregon. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
• GENERAL RELEASE.
